DONATIONS TO IMAGINE ONLUS ARE TAX DEDUCTABLE

FOR INDIVIDUAL DONORS

IMAGINE is a non profit social organization (organizzazione non lucrativa di utilità sociale) and in adherence with the law D. Lgs. 4.12.1997 n. 460, all donations received are tax deductible, both for the receiving entity and the contributor (both private donors and entities that are tax liable), up to 10% of declared income, or 70.000 euros annually (Art. 14, comma 1 del Decreto Legge n°35 del 14-03-2005).

To receive the financial benefits and receive a deduction from your pre-tax incombe, remember to keep:

In the case of a donation: receipt of bank or postal money transfer;
In the case of donation through wire transfer or credit card: receipt of bank withdrawal.

FOR COMPANY DONORS

The amount donated to IMAGINE Onlus is deductible up to a maximum of 2.065,83 Euro or 2% of a company’s declared pre-tax income (art. 65, comma 2, lettera c-sexies DPR 917/86 - Testo Unico delle Imposte sui Redditi).

It is possible to deduct donations to IMAGINE Onlus, if they are not more than 10% of the pre-tax comprehensive income and within a maximum of 70.000,00 euros annually (art. 14 comma 1 del Decreto Legge 35/05). *

Tax breaks are not cumulative for both.
